Tap to Pay
iServe Tap To Pay integrates the functionality of iServe with the capability to accept contactless payments directly on supported Apple iPhone devices. This reduces the customers reliance on traditional Chip & Pin payment terminals, meaning that in addition to existing ordering functionality, merchants can now process payments all within a single device.
Tap To Pay uses NFC technology to enable customers to make secure, quick transactions by tapping their contactless-enabled cards, smartphones, or wearables against the device.
Tap To Pay is not enabled on iServe by default, additional configuration and set-up is required to enable the functionality. Estates are to discuss this addition with their Zonal Account Manager.
Tap to Pay uses Dojo as the payment provider and is not currently available with any other payment provider

Supports the ability to take contactless payments <£100 without PIN approval
Supports the ability to take contactless payments > £100 with PIN approval required
Supports splitting payments, divisible by guests

Tips
Supports the ability to capture guest tips for Aztec defined amounts
Supports the ability to capture guest tips for custom amounts
Receipts
Supports the capturing the guest email to provide digital non-VAT customer receipts
Supports the printing of merchant and customer receipts for Tap To Pay transactions
Support
Tap To Pay transaction logs are recorded on the Aztec back office PC
Tap To Pay User Interface
A new User Interface has been created specifically for this new payment functionality that better supports situations where the customer may need to interact with the device (ie, selecting gratuity, entering email address)
New App Icon
iServe has been updated with a new app icon and splash screens.
